These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Thymely (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Thymely is a recipe extraction, organization, and meal-planning tool. It lets you save recipes from websites and photos, create recipes manually, plan meals, generate grocery lists, and share recipes and collections with family members.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to use.
- Abuse extraction or other features in a way that places excessive load on the Service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our third-party payment provider. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, notes, and other content you add to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including processing it through third-party AI services to perform recipe extraction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.
6. Recipe extraction and accuracy
Recipe extraction relies on automated processing and may not always be complete or accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted recipes before relying on them. Recipes accessed from third-party websites remain subject to the rights of their original authors and publishers.
7. Shared recipes
When you create a share link for a recipe, anyone with that link can view it without an account. You are responsible for the recipes you choose to share.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Thymely and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Thymely name or branding except as necessary to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted content will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thymely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
